One illuminated light bulb among other non-lit bulbs
How do you respond to a lightbulb breakthrough moment?

How many times have you had a light bulb breakthrough moment - a sudden realization, enlightenment, inspiration, intuitive hit?

In those moments, when your “knowing”- that inner voice in your head, feeling in your heart, instinct in your gut - is telling you, encouraging you, nudging you to ponder, consider, do, or be something other than what currently is or who you are being in the life you are living right now, how do you respond?

Is your tendency to acknowledge the moment - curiously exploring the thoughts, ideas, feelings, and emotions emerging? Do you ignore the moment – consciously blocking, dismissing, or dimming its potential message or possible merit perhaps out of fear, self-doubt, uncertainty, complacency?

It’s understandable that when you are in the flow of life and everything is either humming along or you find yourself in a state of overwhelm, a sudden light bulb breakthrough moment may feel more disruptive versus compelling.  But what if the breakthrough thought you push away illuminates a pathway toward your next great life experience?

Learning to tune in and listen to your subconscious “knowing” takes practice but only you can choose to invite its wisdom into your conscious mind.

What are your light bulb breakthrough barriers? How might you overcome your barriers and turn them into the way?
